RURALEM

RURALEM è un progetto europeo che mira a contrastare lo spopolamento delle aree rurali attraverso il protagonismo dei giovani. L’obiettivo è rafforzare le competenze dei giovani e degli operatori giovanili, promuovendo una nuova figura professionale: l’Agente di cambiamento rurale (Agent for Rural Change). Il progetto prevede attività di formazione, scambi internazionali e la creazione di Rural Labs, spazi di co-progettazione e innovazione sociale. Attraverso metodologie partecipative e strumenti pratici (toolkit, video, buone pratiche), RURALEM stimola la collaborazione tra giovani, enti locali e realtà europee per rendere le aree rurali più sostenibili, attrattive e inclusive.

RURALEM is a European project aiming to tackle rural depopulation by empowering young people as key actors of change. It strengthens youth and youth workers’ skills through the creation of a new professional profile: the Agent for Rural Change. The project includes training activities, international exchanges, and the establishment of Rural Labs, collaborative spaces for social innovation. By using participatory methods and practical tools (toolkits, videos, best practices), RURALEM fosters cooperation among young people, local authorities, and European partners to make rural areas more sustainable, attractive, and inclusive.
